Cancellation Policy
A valid payment method is required to book online. Sessions are paid at checkout. A card is also kept on file (securely via Wix/payment processor) to enforce late cancellation and no-show policies. Client Booking Rules (Cancel/Reschedule): Reschedule up to 48 hours before your session using your booking link. Cancel up to 24 hours before your session using your booking link. Within 24 hours, changes must be requested by email: hello@lawsturdivantjr.com . Payment + Fees: Pay at booking: Your session fee is charged at checkout. Card on file (security): Payment details are stored and managed securely by our payment processor through Wix. We do not have access to your full card number. Late cancellation (under 24 hours): 50% of the session fee No-show: 100% of the session fee
