Event Fit Call (15 Minutes)

Cancellation Policy

The Event Fit Call is a short, focused call to confirm alignment for speaking engagements, workshops, or retreat facilitation. This call helps ensure the topic, audience, outcomes, timeline, and logistics are a fit before a proposal and contract are issued. Client Booking Rules (Cancel & Reschedule): Clients may reschedule or cancel up to 12 hours before the call using their booking link. Changes within 12 hours must be requested by email: hello@lawsturdivantjr.com . If a client does not attend the call, the inquiry may be closed unless they request a new time in writing. Payment & Fees: The Event Fit Call is free. No-show policy: If a client misses the call without notice, a new booking may be offered at our discretion. Repeated no-shows may require a paid scheduling fee to rebook. Intake Forms: Required: Clients must complete the Speaking/Workshop Intake Form prior to scheduling (or immediately after booking). If the intake form is not submitted, the call may be canceled to protect scheduling integrity.
